Ground-Breaking ultra – sensitive technology to detect VOCs at parts per billon level
Technology is based on detecting Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) from breath or air
Engineered cells are used as a sensor to detect the VOCs
Cells can be programmed to detect 4 to 4096 compounds
Electronic chip processes the signal coming from cells
Chip can be trained to discriminate between different smells (body odour, breath, chemicals, explosives or drugs) through training data sets
Currently this technology is used to detect explosive materials e.g. TATP, TNT Customized solution as per client’s requirement
